Buzzi has been operating in Brazil since 2018, through the company Cimento Nacional, jointly owned with Grupo Ricard Brennand from Recife. In 2024, Buzzi has completed the acquisition from Grupo Ricardo Brennand of a 50% stake in NCPAR, and as a result of this, it now holds 100% control of Cimento Nacional.

The original structure of Cimento Nacional consists of two modern and efficient cement plants, one located in the state of Paraiba (Pitimbu) and the other one in Minas Gerais (Sete Lagoas). In April 2021, Cimento Nacional acquired three full-cycle cement plants and two grinding units from CRH Group, strengthening its presence in the South East of the country.
Cimento Nacional currently owns 5 full-cycle cement plants and 2 grinding units with a total production capacity of over 7,2 million tons/year. Furthermore, there are 4 distribution terminals.

The number of employees amounts to 1,263 units.
