Buzzi operates in the United Arab Emirates through TC MENA Holdings Ltd, a Buzzi SpA company established under the regulations of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, which holds a controlling interest in the share capital of Gulf Cement Company PJSC (GCC).

GCC operates a modern production facility located in Ras Al Khaimah, approximately 100 km from Dubai, with an annual production capacity of about 2.4 million tons of cement.
