Buzzi SpA's capital stock is made up of 192.6 million ordinary shares, with a market capitalization of euro 3,470 million as of December 31, 2022. The ordinary shares have been listed on the Borsa Italiana since 1999. Each ordinary share, without par value, gives right to vote.

Buzzi Unicem is controlled by the Buzzi Family, who holds approximately 52.9% of ordinary shares. About 29% of voting capital is held by foreign investors.
