In the United States, Buzzi operates 8 full-cycle cement plants, with an overall capacity of about 10 million tons/year. The distribution network, which greatly benefits from the logistic opportunities offered by the major rivers, includes 36 terminals.

The served markets are the North East, the Midwest and Southern States along the Mississipi river, some important regions of the South East (Georgia, Alabama) and finally the State of Texas. 
In central and southern Texas, the company also comprises a remarkable vertical integration in the ready-mix concrete and natural aggregates sector, with 67 batching plants and 4 aggregates quarries. 

Overall headcount amounts to 2,274 units.
