In compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2, 1° para, letter b) of title 2.6. of the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, we are sending hereunder Buzzi’s annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2026:

- 6 February 2026:    Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 2025 preliminary data

- 31 March 2026:    Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 Dicember 2025

- 13 May 2026:        Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the additional quarterly information as at 31 March 2026

- 13 May 2026:        Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve 2025 Financial Statements

- 4 August 2026:    Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve half-yearly Financial Report as at 30 June 2026

- 5 November 2026:    Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the additional quarterly information as at 30 September 2026.

With regard to the additional financial information referred to in art. 82-ter of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, we inform that the company will continue to publish quarterly information on a voluntary basis, according to its communication policy as disclosed in the press release of 10 November 2016, to which reference should be made.
