Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 8 June 2026 through 12 June 2026 it acquired no. 266,408 treasury shares for a total consideration of 11,716,700.71 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2026.
