Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 15 June 2026 through 19 June 2026 it acquired no. 33,104 treasury shares for a total consideration of 1,564,542.79 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2026.
