Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 22 June 2026 through 26 June 2026 it acquired no. 65,423 treasury shares for a total consideration of 3,006,395.61 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2026.
