Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 29 June 2026 through 3 July 2026 it acquired no. 208,415 treasury shares for a total consideration of 9,237,159.17 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2026.
