Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 2 March 2026 through 6 March 2026 it acquired no. 597,434 treasury shares for a total consideration of 27,612,205.18 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2025.
