Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 16 March 2026 through 20 March 2026 it acquired no. 590,705 treasury shares for a total consideration of 25,287,358.40 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2025.
