Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 23 March 2026 through 27 March 2026 it acquired no. 382,935 treasury shares for a total consideration of 16,778,596.28 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2025.
