Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 30 March 2026 through 2 April 2026 it acquired no. 126,546 treasury shares for a total consideration of 5,508,746.31 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2025.
