Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 7 April 2026 through 10 April 2026 it acquired no. 57,236 treasury shares for a total consideration of 2,548,505.75 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 13 May 2025.
