Buzzi has published Highlights 2025 and the Annual Financial Report, two complementary documents that present the Group’s evolution through an integrated overview of its economic, industrial and sustainability performance.

Highlights 2025 provides a concise overview of the year’s main results, enriched by content dedicated to innovation, safety, sustainability, industrial investments and the enhancement of the Group’s cultural heritage. Opening the document, a message from Chairwoman Veronica Buzzi reflects on the year’s most significant milestones and the strategic directions guiding the Group’s development.

Prepared in accordance with IFRS principles and Legislative Decree 125/2024, the Annual Financial Report further strengthens the integration of consolidated sustainability reporting within the Report on Operations, in line with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards). This approach reflects the company’s commitment to providing an increasingly integrated representation of the relationship between economic results, environmental responsibility and social impact.
