Buzzi has released Highlights 2024 and Annual Financial Report, two complementary tools that provide an overview of the company’s performance, coherently integrating economic-financial aspects with ESG topics.

Highlights 2024 offers a concise and accessible narrative of the year’s key results, enriched with insights on sustainability, health and safety, industrial projects, and the enhancement of the Group’s cultural heritage. The document opens with a message from Chairwoman Veronica Buzzi, who reflects on the achievements and the most significant strategic transformations of the year.

The Annual Financial Report 2024, prepared in accordance with IFRS and the new Legislative Decree 125/2024, includes for the first time the consolidated sustainability reporting in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). With this evolution, the contents of the former Sustainability Report are now integrated into the Management Report, promoting greater consistency and integration between economic objectives and environmental, social, and governance impacts.
