In relation to the processing of your personal data, we hereby submit the following information prepared by Buzzi S.p.A., with registered office in via Luigi Buzzi, 6 - 15033 Casale Monferrato (AL) - Italy (hereinafter, simply, the Company), with regard to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in force.
1. Data controller, data protection officer and useful contacts
The Company is the entity that processes your data and for the purposes of the law is considered the Data Controller. In this capacity, it is responsible for ensuring the application of necessary and appropriate organisational and technical measures in relation to the processing and protection of your personal data.
The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure compliance with the rules for the protection of your privacy and can be contacted, for matters concerning the processing of your data, at the following dedicated e-mail address: privacy@buzzi.com .
2. Legal basis, Methods and Purposes of processing your personal data
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the expression of your free consent, by means of the appropriate flag, after having read this information notice. Should you no longer wish to have access to the consultation platform of the Company Magazine, you may notify us and we will cease to process your personal data, subject to the provisions on the storage of the same.
We would like to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with current European Union and national legislation. The Company undertakes to process them according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, in compliance with the purposes indicated below, collecting them to the extent necessary and making them accessible only to authorised and instructed personnel for the purpose. Data are collected and processed using traditional, computerised and telematic methods and are aimed at providing access to a platform for consulting a company magazine. In the absence of the data and/or the necessary consent to process them access to the relevant platform cannot take place.
The personal metadata related to the consultation of the pages of the Review may possibly be processed, solely by the specially appointed Data Processor, to allow the preparation of a periodical report, on the basis of aggregated data (and therefore rendered anonymous), in order to identify which pages of the Review are of greatest interest and, consequently, to improve the contents of the Review and increase its usefulness. The latter processing is, however, subject to your optional consent.
3. Period of retention of your data
The Company will retain your data for a period compatible with the fulfilment of administrative and legal obligations, as well as for the management of any complaints/litigation. In any event, your data will be deleted if you express your wish not to access the Magazine any further.
4. Communication and access to your data
The Company may share your personal data with third parties who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Processors (by way of example: the company in charge of managing the platform that allows you to consult the Magazine, possibly also for the purpose of preparing periodic reports on its consultation);
The Company may disclose your data to Subjects where required by law;
Your personal data will not be disseminated.
5. His rights
With regard to the data processed, the Company grants you the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of your personal data and a copy thereof in intelligible form;
- obtain the updating, rectification or integration of your data;
- request the deletion of your data, within the terms allowed by law;
- object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you;
- limit or restrict processing in the event of a breach, request for rectification or objection;
- request the portability of electronically processed data provided on the basis of consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of your data, where applicable.
We would like to inform you that the Company is committed to responding to your requests, and the outcome of your request will be provided to you in writing or electronically.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.

6. Modification and updating of information
The Company informs you that it may make changes to the text of the notice and that, in any case, the constantly updated version can be consulted on the Company's website www.buzzi.com in the section dedicated to the Company Magazine.
